Interpretation

Compared to translations interpretation means the transfer of a verbal text from the source language to the target language. Besides the required understanding of the content, the specific professional terminology and the verbal skills for the interpretation a high degree of intercultural competence is important. Especially in the spoken language there are images and values which cannot be translated word by word without losing the understanding of the context in the target language. |
